I am a passionate leader in the non-profit sector with several years of leadership within the YMCA. I have ample experience in administration, human resources, and management. I have also volunteered with several community-based organizations and am an advocate for marginalized members of my community.
I have strong interpersonal skills and am comfortable under pressure. I am empathetic, warm and approach everyone with dignity and respect. Having managed a highly complex and fast paced environment, I am able to adapt quickly and am comfortable with change. I currently hold several certification including Standard First Aid + CPR C, Mental Health First Aid, Living Works Start - Suicide Intervention Training and have previously completed Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training. I am proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. I am most comfortable in English however I have some basic French as well.
I am a reliable team member and am comfortable working independently or in a group setting. I am currently looking for full time work in a role that will give me opportunities to grow and develop
