REACH – Resources Employment and Career Help, is a FREE, innovative program tailored for job seekers aged 18 to 39 in Montreal!

WHAT THE REACH PROGRAM OFFERS:

REACH provides a unique blend of employment coaching, collaboration, support, and expert guidance tailored specifically to your needs. Through specialized interactive group sessions and one-on-one appointments, we are dedicated to enhance your job search strategy/career change, help you focus, refine your approach, and develop the skills for professional success.

Throughout the REACH program, our employment counsellors will:

  • Guide you in your job search, pointing you towards the right opportunities for you
  • Help break down the interview process and conduct practice interviews
  • Help you set yourself apart with your resume and LinkedIn
  • Help you showcase the soft skills necessary for today’s job market
  • Provide you with tips and tricks for being productive and motivated
  • Help you access the hidden job market

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & HOW TO APPLY

You are eligible for REACH if you are:

  • Aged 18 to 39
  • Unemployed
  • Not currently enrolled in school or taking government Francization program
  • Residing on the island of Montreal
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident or accepted refugee status, or holding a post-graduate, open work permit, or (TET) travailleur étranger temporaire. (Must have the legal right to work in Canada.)

How to apply:

You must have a valid social insurance number, and work permit documentation. Then, you can either fill out the contact form below or call the number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
