Client Success Stories
Meet Kim MacInnis of Garage Pizzeria (New Richmond)
“YES gave me the support I needed to turn my dream into a thriving business.”
When Kim MacInnis came to YES, she had a vision: open her own pizza restaurant. With personalized guidance, she launched in January 2021, adapting to COVID-19 by starting with takeout and delivery. Since then, she’s expanded to full dine-in service, added fresh baked goods, and surpassed her sales goals.
Despite staffing challenges in 2022, Kim’s resilience pushed her forward. With YES’s continued support, she’s now expanding into a larger space and building new income streams — proving that with the right support, entrepreneurs across Quebec can succeed.

Meet Kristy Findlay, Genevieve Fily-Pare and Aurelie Papillon of Centre Mosaique (Quebec City)
“YES helped us grow from an idea to a full-service clinic.”
Kristy and Geneviève launched Centre Mosaique in 2016, starting with a simple idea and a climbing wall. With YES’s support, they grew into a thriving bilingual speech therapy clinic serving Quebec City, rural regions, and First Nations communities.
From startup guidance to office space acquisition and growth planning, YES has been with them every step of the way. Today, their team of 11 provides personalized care through in-person and telepractice services — proving that with the right support, impact can go far beyond the city.
