Frank Marongwe

I consider myself a highly organized, thorough and motivated professional, having the solid
experience I gained through the job training induction I did at Double 'c' Construction in 2009
which marked the dawn of my employment life. I have learned a lot and met people from all
walks while in the hospitality industry as a waiter and not so long ago at Sanlam where I was a
financial planner. I do not exhaust my abilities as I am a quick learner and a self-driven young
man. I was also employed with Frost International which is one of the leading companies dealing
with glass revolving doors in South Africa as an administrative assistant. I hold a diploma in
Building Surveying through Intec College and also a Health and Safety certification which I
obtained through Oxbridge Academy. To further enhance my skills I also did Fundamentals in
Digital Marketing which is an online short course. l hold a full class 5 driver’s permit and can work
very flexibly.
In all my career background I have always been driven to balance between expertise and
satisfaction, as data specialists I have learned to be technical in basic Excel and data. I have an
analytical mind and I possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written, I want to
refocus on attaining as much exposure as possible towards being a professional.
In addition to my professional experience, I have the perspective and technical expertise
necessary for any future role. I am fully computer literate and an advanced user of various
professional software packages. I am passionate about my growth and engaging with the right
people at the right time. I also have a passion for social and digital media which I have also
practised at a basic level while at Mukuru Financial Services/Central Lake Trading which is one
of the fastest growing financial companies.
After realizing my potential I also was hired recently by the College of Chartered Accountants as
a Business development officer for a three-month contract. I have vastly worked in the customer
services sector, as a travel agent for Costco Travel and recently but briefly in the aviation sector as a ramp lead with Air Inuit.
I am currently attending French lessons full-time just to understand the basics.
My goal is to continue developing my experience toward being professional and a company where l
can be hired will help me exercise and upgrade my skills and competencies. I am excited about
the opportunity to join a team where I can enhance my practical experience and make a positive
change.
