Description
We have a great job opportunity for an organized, trustworthy housekeeper and dependable individual that will be responsible for the smooth operation, and care of the interior of a Beaconsfield residence.
Working full time (40 hours per week) you will earn an attractive salary and contribution towards group insurance (if needed).
Main Responsibilities:
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
- Meal preparation when requested.
- Organizing and cleaning the fridge, freezer, and cupboards.
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs.
- Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping floors.
- Sorting, washing, loading, unloading and folding laundry.
- Ironing clothing items.
- Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools.
- Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces.
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste.
- Tidying up rooms.
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed.
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
- Handling any special requests, related duties or errands as required.
- Occasionally performing these types of tasks at a second residence in Mont Tremblant.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully interact with the employer's family, guests, contractors, and suppliers.
- High attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable and practical.
- A flexible and effective time manager who can schedule and address work as it comes.
Qualifications, skills & requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; training will be provided.
- Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule and occasionally (bur rarely) work overtime and/or weekends.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada on a permanent basis and be currently residing in the Greater Montreal area.
- Valid driver’s license, an excellent driving record and criminal background check.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Excellent references from current and previous employers.
