Job Summary:

The Teammate is a motivated, empathetic and solutions driven employee who provides excellent service and advocates for our valued customers. In this role, the Teammate will act as a liaison between our company and customers, ensuring their needs are met swiftly and professionally. As an advocate for our customers, the Teammate will strive to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, while maintaining a positive brand image for our organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assess, respond, and resolve promptly customer inquiries by phone.
  • Take customers service order by phone accurately and offer additional services, as needed.
  • Acknowledge customer's issues and resolve them timely and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout phone calls displaying empathy and actively listening to customer's needs and concerns.
  • Provide answers to inquiries involving a company's product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company's service standards and policies while adhering to all relevant compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in duties, responsibilities, and activities at any time with or without notice.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills required.
  • Must be available to work weekends and is able and willing to work shifting schedules.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer Concerns, display empathy, patience, and active listening when interacting with customers.
  • Advocate for customers and effectively communicate their suggestions, issues, and feedback to the appropriate departments within the organization.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Able and willing to work shifting schedules.

What we offer:

  • A paid learning and development training program.
  • We offer competitive insurance coverage, incentives, and two weeks’ vacation time off after 90 days!
  • Medical and Dental Insurance after 3 months (Family Plans available)
  • Salary up to $19.50 an hour

Education and Experience:

  • Candidates must have two (2) years of call center experience or combination of sales/hospitality/call center experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
