    • Main functions
    1. Job Description 
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
    • Prepare and cook to menu specifications of Asian Cuisine, such as Grilled side of pork, Chicken Soup, Broiled Short Ribs, Grilled Sirloin, Grilled Tenderloin, Grilled Chicken and Barbecued Beef, an assortment of dumplings and noodles in Asian Fusion Style using a variety of appropriate Asian cuisine recipes & techniques;
    • Highly skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking a wide range of foods, including soups, salads, entrees, and desserts;
    • Can Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required;
    • May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
    • Can operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

    1. Job Requirements and working conditions
      • Educational level:
    • Secondary - General Course (Diploma) or
    • Vocational school diploma / Certificate
      • Years of experience related to the job offer:
    • Minimum 7 to 11 months experience in Asian cuisine
      • Description of qualifications:
    • Must have experience in Asian; or
    • Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Asian
      • Languages asked for:
    • Spoken languages: French
    • Written languages: French
    • Other languages or detail: English

     

    1. Salary offered: according to experience of: $15,75 to $20,00 - per hour
