Women’s Empowerment Series: Navigating Imposter Syndrome – Transforming Self-Doubt Into Self-Confidence

March 18 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDT

Back by popular demand, the Women’s Empowerment Series are free virtual sessions covering topics that explore the distinct experiences and successes that women encounter in their personal and professional lives.

Led by return guest speaker Dominique Pirolo, we will be exploring topics that affect women from leadership and career advancement to self-care and empowerment. Join us and discover valuable tips and tools to bolster self-assurance and embrace your achievements.

Are you a perfectionist? Do you find it difficult to receive recognition for a job well done? Do you often find yourself downplaying or minimizing your accomplishments even though the successes you’ve attained are legitimate?

If you’ve answered yes, then please join us for this free workshop where we will be talking about how to better understand this all-too-common phenomenon and take steps to build confidence and validate your skills, strengths, and value!

Research has shown that while imposter syndrome can affect anyone, it’s largely experienced by women and touches all social statuses, levels of work experience, and skill levels. Imposter syndrome is closely linked with perfectionism and ultimately impacts our self-esteem, contributes to negative self-talk, and can even lead to anxiety and depression. In this session, we will discuss ways to combat and reframe imposter syndrome and offer you some tips and tools to boost self-confidence and take ownership of your accomplishments.
