Power Skills are abilities that tend to be less tangible and are often related to personality traits that determine the way we act and interact with others.

Once referred to as “soft skills,” these abilities are high-value currency in today’s workplace, and in fact, there is nothing “soft” or easy about them.

The labour market is increasingly rewarding interpersonal skills, as our jobs require us to work in larger and more remote teams, to adapt to new environments, communicate across borders, learn new skills quickly, and bring something unique to the table. Power skills are the qualities that set you apart from the crowd and the ones that make you an asset to any team or organization. They are the skills that you take with you no matter the role, the company, or the culture.

We will identify the most in-demand Power Skills of our time, why they are essential to a thriving career, and how you can develop the ones that will empower you most.

Pre-registration is required. Available as an online, live-streaming webinar.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log on a few hours prior to the start time of the workshop.
