NEW! Settling Strong: Well-Being Essentials for Newcomers

February 1 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST

Thrive Together: A Mental Wellness Series Across Diverse Journeys is an initiative made possible through the generous support of the CHSSN and the Public Health Agency of Canada. This series offers four tailored mental wellness webinars for entrepreneurs, artists, newcomers, and individuals focused on their careers.

In every unique path—be it launching a business, nurturing artistic endeavors, acclimating to a new country, or propelling one’s career—mental well-being stands as pivotal for overall health, contentment, and resilience. You might identify with one of these paths or even a combination of several. All face distinct challenges, opportunities, and economic empowerment within Quebec’s English-speaking community.

Guided by Megan Hunter – Founder and Social Innovator at Peak + Prairie Co. Health Promotion, Certified Psychological Health & Safety Trainer and Workplace Wellness Liaison, where she will share valuable perspectives, mindfulness practices, and actionable advice designed to enhance your overall wellness.
