Learn@Lunch: Mythbusting Government Procurement

As a business owner, have you ever wondered how to sell your products or services to the federal government, how to buy from the government, or how to sell to other governments?

The purpose of this free Learn@Lunch info session is to explain the roles and services offered by Procurement Assistance Canada, to understand the buying process, including knowing if the Government of Canada buys your goods or services, how to build networks and promote your business, we will also address how to find opportunities and finally, and how to register as a supplier in the Supplier’s databases.

About the speaker:

Véronique Fortin is a Procurement Specialist at Procurement Assistance Canada in the Quebec region since November 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Concordia University.

Before joining Public Services and Procurement Canada, Véronique worked for about 10 years at the Correctional Service of Canada, including 4 years in procurement.
