Le Bibimbap
Description
-Prepare Korean BBQ special sauce and marinate Galbi (beef ribs), pork, skewer and chicken to make skewer and other fried and grilled dishes;
-Be able to make Kimchi and several types of Korean side dishes (Ban Chan);
-Prepare meat and special sauce for katsu (cutlet);
-Prepare different types of ingredients and rolls for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean sweet potato noodles);
-Perform preparation work for soups, salads, Udong, bibimbap, sauces and appetizers.
Salary-$15.75 to $20 / hourly
Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year
