Brad and Dan first came to YES Employment + Entrepreneurship early in their entrepreneurial journey, when they had built a website but needed help figuring out the next steps in building their business. “YES gave us confidence. They gave us the vision to see that it was possible to turn this into a business,” details Daniel. December / January Client of the Month: Rayana Kalombo
Meet Rayana Kalombo, a multidisciplinary artist from Montréal, with a current focus on painting and poetry. In addition, she is a singer-songwriter and founder of Le Royaume Agency, which is a creative development service. Rayana utilizes art to connect people deeper to God, themselves, and their community. Through the use of vibrant colors and an underlying theme of connection; her work pays tribute to her Caribbean background.

November Client of the Month: Adriana Smith
Adriana Smith is a multidisciplinary artist and graphic design intern residing in Montreal, Quebec. She obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Intermedia/Cyberarts from Concordia University in 2020, where she explored the nexus of art and technology and honed her talent for creating unique and exciting visual work. Currently a flourishing participant in the first cohort of YES’ new CREATE: Career Readiness + Employability Advancement Through Education program, Adriana continues to develop her artistic practice, business acumen, and technical skills as both an artist and graphic design intern at YES and Presentation Matters.
