About the speaker:

Ruchy Khurana, MBA, has worn many hats throughout her career. An experienced manager, director of operations, entrepreneur, and coach, she has tailored her skills to each role– the most important one being ‘human’. Shifting from the fashion and tech industries to non-profits, Ruchy has learned the importance of the work-life balance and assessing your values, both personal and professional.

Ruchy currently manages the International Student Integration program at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, where she focuses on helping students map out their wants and needs for the future.
