Over the course of this workshop, you will begin to understand your conflict management style and the reasons why you might get stuck in disputes. You’ll develop the skills you need to resolve conflicts and turn them into win/win opportunities. And you’ll practice proven conflict resolution techniques to become a better problem-solver and tactician.
