This workshop goes beyond traditional productivity culture, presenting project planning frameworks as supportive tools that foster iteration, collaboration, and a sense of accomplishment.
We’ll explore various project planning tools and how they can be tailored to suit different creative projects and adapted to address diverse needs.
Speaker: Lina Moreno, Process Designer and Entrepreneur
Lina Moreno designs tailored learning, planning, and collaboration processes rooted in accessibility and equity. They help artists and entrepreneurs organize their workflows and projects, freeing up mental space to stay creative and connected.
They immigrated from Colombia and live in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal). With an MA in Art Education from Concordia University and a Project Management certificate from McGill University, they have worked setting up project management processes, frameworks and software for non-profits, arts and community organizations.
