About the Role
Rossion is looking for a motivated Summer Student to support our business development and digital marketing initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in B2B sales, marketing, digital communications, or business development to gain meaningful hands-on experience in a professional environment.
You will help identify new business opportunities, support outreach initiatives, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute to various growth-focused projects.
This job is offered for summer time from June to September, full-time or part-time (up to 30 hours/week). Fully remote position.
Responsibilities
Business Development / Sales Support
- Research prospective clients across Canada and the United States
- Build and enrich prospect lists
- Support outbound email outreach campaigns
- Assist with initial lead qualification
- Track outreach activities and responses
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support re-engagement initiatives with inactive clients
- Help identify new target markets and business opportunities
Digital Marketing
- Create content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Support content marketing initiatives
- Draft promotional messaging, marketing copy, and email content
- Create simple visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Support website content updates
- Assist with campaigns promoting Rossion’s services
- Help position and promote our AI-related solutions
Special Projects
- Contribute to various growth initiatives
- Organize and track sales and marketing data
- Share ideas and recommendations for improvement
Ideal Profile
You are currently a college or university student in a field such as:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Communications
- Digital Marketing
- Commerce
- Business Development
- Related field
You have:
- Bilingual English / French
- Excellent written English (required)
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine interest in sales and business development
- Interest in digital marketing and social media
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have:
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Canva
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Interest in languages, translation, or international business
