Who It's For

Funding is open to organizations that can demonstrate a strong link to the English-speaking minority community in Quebec. Eligible organizations must represent the interests of official-language minority communities. Their missions, mandates or their activities must support the development and enhancement of official-language minority communities (OLMCs).

Eligible Applicants include:

  • OLMC organizations that are not-for-profit
  • OLMC organizations that are for-profit (social enterprise)
  • OLMC educational or vocational institutions and
  • Indigenous organizations that serve an Indigenous community where the first Official Language used is English.

Applicants must demonstrate in their application that they are an OLMC organization in Quebec. In keeping with the spirit of reconciliation, self-determination and recognition of rights, Indigenous organizations aren’t required to identify as an OLMC organization to be eligible for funding.
