Build a Business That Works With How You Think
Entrepreneurship can offer freedom, flexibility, and the chance to build a work life that fits who you are. But starting your own business does not make challenges like overwhelm, anxiety, disorganization, or difficulty following through disappear. For neurodiverse entrepreneurs, those struggles can still show up every day and make success feel harder than it needs to be.
This workshop is designed to help you understand what may be holding you back and give you practical tools to move forward with more clarity and confidence. Rather than forcing yourself into systems that do not work for you, you will learn strategies that support executive functioning, reduce overwhelm, improve organization, and help you build a business in a way that is sustainable.
Why Practical Tools for Neurodiverse Entrepreneurs Matter
When challenges like overwhelm, anxiety, or difficulty following through are left unaddressed, they can slow progress and make entrepreneurship feel more exhausting than empowering — even when motivation is there.
You do not need to “push through” everything alone. With the right tools and support, it is possible to work in a way that feels more manageable, effective, and aligned with how you function best.
What You Will Learn in This Workshop
- identify the patterns that are slowing you down
- learn practical tools to improve focus, planning, and follow‑through
- explore ways to manage anxiety and reduce overload
- create systems that work with your strengths, not against them
- leave with a clearer plan for taking your next steps in business
Who Should Attend
This workshop is for neurodiverse entrepreneurs, artists, freelancers, and self‑employed creatives who want practical support, greater clarity, and a more sustainable way of working.
Speaker: Lynne Jank | Founder, Neuro Momentum Coaching
Pre-registration is required. Take one smart step toward lasting personal wealth.
About the speaker:
As a dyslexic adult herself, Lynne is equally excited and concerned about the role that technology plays in our lives. While it is a great time to access support, with AI rapidly expanding, neurodivergent adults need support more than ever. With the increasing demands for literacy across all roles in society, Lynne wants to ensure that those with learning differences continue to thrive.
Lynne’s goal is to ensure that you have the tools to overcome limitations and to empower you to build plans that work. Accommodations are not something people with disabilities require from others, but rather the strategies that we employ ourselves to excel.
Academically, Lynne completed her BA majoring in Psychology (Queen’s University, 1999). She specialized in Child Psychology, Development, Reading Psychology, and Mental Health. Lynne continued her studies in Social Work (McGill University, 2003), where she expanded her clinical knowledge working with families, trauma, assessment, and government systems. In 2023, Lynne began graduate studies in Family Life Education, further expanding her knowledge of group work.
Lynne has participated in extensive training in privacy and best practices in Indigenous and 2SLGBTQI+ support, specializing in adversity and resilience in teens and young adults, including those involved in the justice system and first‑generation college or university students. She has extensive training in Family Finding with Kevin Campbell, Feedback‑Informed Therapy with Scott Miller, and holds six Triple P Positive Parenting certifications for ages 0–18, including Stepping Stones for children with special needs. Lynne also has significant experience presenting to both small and large groups, including presenting casework at the Signs of Safety International Conference in 2019.
Lynne worked for 20 years in child protection, where she witnessed trauma‑informed practice help children, youth, and parents overcome adversity and thrive. She always approaches problem‑solving from a trauma‑informed perspective, ensuring that plans are supportive rather than overwhelming and focused on building confidence. Lynne’s endless enthusiasm is fueled by hard work and a passion for reading everything, despite her dyslexia. For children and adults who feel knocked down, she believes it is essential to consistently provide positive feedback to help build an inner voice that is positive, solution‑focused, and compassionate.
