About the speaker:
Dina Merhbi is a peak-performance coach who helps high-performing women build greater energy, clarity, capacity, and visibility so they can create success without sacrificing themselves.
With a background in dietetics and psychology and over 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and performance, Dina combines evidence-based strategies around nervous system regulation, mindset, and behaviour change to help women perform at their highest level sustainably.
She is a 500-hour certified yoga and mindfulness teacher and NLP Practitioner, and the author of RECONNECT, a #1 bestselling book. Her expertise and work have been featured in Global News, ABC, La Presse, Huffington Post, and Business Insider.
