NEW! Online Discoverability: Search Visibility in the Age of AI

October 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EDT

Being discoverable online isn’t just about having a website or posting regularly. It’s about understanding how people search for art, services, and businesses, and how search engines and AI tools find and interpret information.

In this workshop, Jordanne Erichsen will introduce the basics of search visibility and how creative entrepreneurs can apply them across their online presence, from websites and social media to podcasts and other platforms.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Understand the basics of how search works and what influences visibility.
  • Identify the keywords and search terms their audiences and customers are actually using.
  • Apply basic principles of search-optimized content across online platforms.
  • Improve their visibility in both Google and AI-powered search tools.
  • Make their online presence easier for audiences and potential customers to find and understand.

Why attend?

Artists and creative entrepreneurs often spend a lot of time creating content without knowing whether the people they want to reach will actually find it. Understanding how search works can help you make more informed choices about what you put online and how you describe your work.

Who should attend?

Emerging artists and creative entrepreneurs who want to better understand how people find them online and learn practical ways to improve their search visibility without needing to become digital marketing experts.

Online Discoverability: Search Visibility in the Age of AI
Speaker: Jordanne Erichsen, Founder, CEO EXPRESS Voice Studio “ARTISTS WHO TEACH”, Head of SEO, Outsmart Labs
Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026
Time: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

About the speaker

Jordanne Erichsen builds audiences. She spent the first chapter of her career doing it from a stage and has spent the second doing it in search.

Classically trained as an opera singer, she earned a B.Mus in opera from the University of Regina and an M.Mus in opera from the University of Ottawa before relocating to New York City on scholarship to continue her studies under Dr. Michael Warren. Her expertise extends into vocal pedagogy and performance longevity. She completed more than 500 hours of formal training in the Alexander Technique, studying through the BodyMinded program in Australia and at the Montreal Alexander Technique School, and in 2014 launched The Singers Tension Podcast, examining the mechanics of healthy, sustainable singing.

In 2018 she founded Express Voice Studio, a national platform pairing emerging Canadian artists with private voice students. It was built on a conviction that has shaped her work ever since: artists require financial autonomy to sustain a creative life. The studio was structured to compensate its teaching artists well above the prevailing institutional rate, and for many of its instructors it became the most lucrative teaching work of their careers.

That work led her to the discipline she practices today. Jordanne is Head of SEO at Outsmart Labs, a Miami-based digital marketing agency, where she leads search strategy across the firm’s client portfolio, directing technical architecture, content strategy, and the measurement frameworks that tie organic performance to revenue.
