Effective communication is more than just transferring information from one person or place to another.
Effective Communication is about building relationships and understanding, creating opportunities and partnerships, and above all, focusing on clarity and connection. Effective communication is the superpower of impactful leaders and respected team members.
You will learn about the guiding principles of excellent communication, including but not limited to: active listening, navigating complex conversations respectfully, understanding communication styles, persuasion, emotional intelligence and empathy.
