Meet our moderator:

If you’re here tonight, we suspect you know Andy Nulman. Given that this is his 18th YES event, chances are you don’t just “know” him, but know him personally…enough so that you probably also know his email address, his mobile number, his aversion to cheese and how many bracelets he wears on a daily basis.

So, having to endure yet another “bio” about him is somewhat extraneous, don’t ya think? Granted, he is a man who can list many accomplishments; some of which tiptoe on the border of impressive. But even more impressive is this list of what he hasn’t accomplished. With that in mind, here’s an “anti-bio”; things that Andy Nulman has never done:

Been to Burning Man • Taken a photo of Bigfoot • Eaten a poutine • Been accused of a (major) crime • “Found himself”• Played for an NBA minor-league affiliate • Saved the last dance for anyone • Spoken in tongues • Turned the other cheek • Worn sandals • Went a day without deodorant • Splurged on 3-ply toilet paper • Kissed the Blarney Stone • Wished upon a star • Opened a beer bottle with his teeth • Finally found that missing sock • Missed a deadline • Understood why “every debit has its credit” • Listened to those voices inside his head • Written a letter to the editor • Smelled the roses • Been boring • Worked for a company that had its own truck • Been stung by a bee or wasp • Smoked a cigarette • Thrown out anything even remotely of value • Stepped on a crack • Learned when to end a list

Meet our panel:

Entrepreneurship is at the heart of Nima Jalalvandi’s life. Ready Plan Go is his third venture. He previously co-founded a tech company that achieved a successful exit, followed by founding Expo Entrepreneurs, a major initiative that mobilized over $7.5 million in investments, gathered 22,000 entrepreneurs, and brought together 300 partners across Canada. This journey taught him that innovation alone is not enough—it must be grounded in operational rigor to build sustainable companies.

As the founder of Ready Plan Go Technologies Inc., Nima brings this vision to life by creating high-impact digital solutions. Through its white-label platform, Ready Plan Go helps accounting firms boost their productivity while offering their clients a seamless, digital experience. The goal? Empower CPAs to focus on high-value mandates by offloading repetitive tasks to AI designed for their unique needs.
