Women’s Empowerment Series: Negotiation – Women Strengthening Their Voices

April 15 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDT

Free Online Workshop

Back by popular demand, the Women’s Empowerment Series are free virtual sessions covering topics that explore the distinct experiences and successes that women encounter in their personal and professional lives.

Led by return guest speaker Dominique Pirolo, we will be exploring topics that affect women from leadership and career advancement to self-care and empowerment. Join us and discover valuable tips and tools to bolster self-assurance and embrace your achievements.

Does the thought of negotiation overwhelm you? Do you want to feel more confident, and grounded in your professional & personal relationships?

Join us for this workshop where we will be talking about how to cultivate and improve your negotiation skills!

Studies have shown that women are less likely to negotiate in the workplace than men, resulting in being undervalued and underpaid. They often face a double standard when it comes to their assertiveness and confidence being perceived negatively. In this session, we will unpack the importance of why women need to know their worth. Learn how to become more comfortable with being assertive and clearly define your goals so that you can effectively negotiate and achieve greater success.

Guest Speaker: Dominique Pirolo – Senior Talent Expert- SAP North America and Career Coach- SAP Global Coaching Practice

Pre-registration is required. Available as an online, live-streaming webinar.
