Meet Your Speakers

Dr. Ramesh Rajaduray, Chief Executive Officer, Raja Technologies, US and Canadian Patent Agent.

Dr. Ramesh Rajaduray is a registered US and Canadian Patent Agent and an accomplished IP professional with 15+ years of experience in IP consulting. He has worked in a wide range of technical fields and is experienced in North American, European and Asian patent and IP issues. His analytical and research skills, along with his own experience as an innovator and entrepreneur, have enabled him to consistently deliver exceptional value to clients, and ensure that clients’ IP strategy is in harmony with their overall business strategy.

Dr. Rajaduray received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2005; and a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Western Australia in 1998. 

Nilay Goyal, Chief Executive Officer, Innovance IP Solutions

Nilay Goyal is the CEO of Innovance IP Solutions, where he helps startups, SMEs, and innovation-led organizations turn intellectual property into a driver of growth, commercialization, and enterprise value. A serial entrepreneur and angel investor, he is also a Partner at Good News Ventures and Nuvis Capital. Nilay built and exited a startup that was acquired by a leading semiconductor company in Silicon Valley. He has supported founders and the startup ecosystem through his role in the founding of Creative Destruction Lab, YSpace, and Hyper Accelerator startup accelerator programs.
