About the Speaker

Meltem Kılıcaslan Greisman is a designated Qualified Mediator by ADR-Ontario, committed to fostering workplace harmony and a culture of peace. As the Founder of MELTEM K, she promotes healthy workplace relationships through consulting, mediation, and customized training programs, including group workshops and coaching. The core tenets of her coaching philosophy are to harness the transformative power of conflict resolution, effective communication, creative thinking, building healthy boundaries, and instilling a collaborative problem-solving mindset.

Meltem holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business. With over 20 years of international business and entrepreneurial experience, she brings a global perspective and cultural sensitivity to her work. Trilingual in English, Turkish, and German, Meltem leverages her diverse background to help organizations and leaders create more positive, equitable, and inclusive work environments. Dedicated to peace work and women’s empowerment, Meltem is an active member of Mediators Beyond Borders International and volunteers as a speaker and trainer at various nonprofits supporting women entrepreneurs and youth.
