Marina Boulos-Winton Is The New Acting Executive Director of YES Employment + Entrepreneurship

Marina brings with her a wealth of experience, having previously served as Interim Executive Director followed by Executive Director for 10 years at Chez Doris, an organization dedicated to helping vulnerable and homeless women. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in significantly expanding the organization’s services. Prior to this, she held the position of President & CEO at the Foundation of Greater Montreal.

Her professional journey also includes significant roles in New York City, where she spent 12 years in various leadership capacities. This included serving as the Acting Executive Director of the High-Water Women Foundation, President and CEO of the national “I Have a Dream Foundation®,” an Assistant National Executive Director of the YWCA of the USA, as well as senior executive positions with the national fundraising consulting firm, CCS Fundraising Inc., and with the United Way of New York City.

Marina’s career began in Montreal, where she served as the Executive Director of Dans la Rue from 1993 to 1997, an organization dedicated to helping youth on the street. Prior to this, she held the position of Executive Director at Tel-Aide, Greater Montreal’s 24-hour crisis line.

Her extensive experience and enduring commitment to serving communities make her an invaluable addition to YES Employment + Entrepreneurship as we strive to advance our mission.
