About the speaker:

Chris brings 20 years of work experience, the majority in sales and people management. Holder of an MBA from Concordia University, he has experience working in a range of industries thanks to years in the Contact Centre world. During his workshop, expect to hear examples from Travel and Hospitality, Telecommunications, Start-ups, Technology and now Pharmaceuticals as he draws from his most recent move into this space with Alphanumeric Systems.
