Whether you are just starting your career or advancing into leadership, this is your opportunity to learn and share in a community of professional women.

Join returning guest speaker Dominique Pirolo as she revisits the topics that resonated most with participants—leading real, relevant conversations that continue to matter in today’s workplace.

Why boundaries matter in the workplace

Boundaries are the foundation of a healthy and sustainable work life. Without them, women often face burnout, blurred expectations, and unnecessary stress. That’s why our first session in the Women’s Empowerment Online Workshop series focuses on building stronger boundaries at work. Clear limits help protect your time, space, and energy while strengthening the professional relationships that matter most.
