About the speaker: Dr. Ramesh Rajaduray is a US/Canadian patent agent with over 15 years of experience in providing intellectual property (IP) services. As a consultant and in-house professional, he has advised C-level executives on patent matters, collaborated with external counsel in North America and Europe, and implemented effective IP strategies for companies of various sizes.
Dr. Rajaduray is an inventor with patents and patent pending applications in semiconductor characterization technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. His background includes optical network research in collaboration with notable organizations such as Intel, DARPA, JDS Uniphase, Cisco Systems, and Stanford University. Dr. Rajaduray holds a Masters of Science and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with 1st Class Honours.

À propos du conférencier : Protect Your Business: Learn How to Use Intellectual Property in CanadaProtect Your Business: Learn How to Use Intellectual Property in CanadaLe Dr Ramesh Rajaduray est un agent de brevets américain et canadien comptant plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans la prestation de services en propriété intellectuelle (PI). En tant que consultant et professionnel en entreprise, il a conseillé des cadres de haut niveau sur des questions de brevets, collaboré avec des conseillers juridiques externes en Amérique du Nord et en Europe, et mis en œuvre des stratégies de PI efficaces pour des entreprises de toutes tailles.
Le Dr Rajaduray est également inventeur, avec plusieurs brevets délivrés et en instance dans les domaines de la caractérisation des semi-conducteurs, de l’intelligence artificielle et de l’apprentissage automatique. Son parcours comprend des recherches sur les réseaux optiques en collaboration avec des organisations de renom telles que Intel, DARPA, JDS Uniphase, Cisco Systems et l’Université Stanford. Il est titulaire d’une maîtrise en sciences et d’un doctorat en génie électrique et informatique de l’Université de Californie à Santa Barbara, ainsi que d’un baccalauréat en génie électrique et électronique avec mention très bien.
