Why Attend This Workshop

Curating your own exhibition is one of the most powerful ways to showcase your voice, connect with audiences, and build credibility within the arts ecosystem. But success requires strategy: thoughtful planning, clear communication with venues, a compelling pitch, and well-timed promotion. Led by industry professional Cassandre Brillant, this session reveals what galleries and cultural spaces look for, how to “speak their language,” and how to position your concept so it stands out.

About the speaker:

For the past decade, La fille de Priam has been exploring the relationship between Art and Fashion. Through conceptual collections, exhibitions, and happenings, this creative House pushes the boundaries of garment presentation. From performance to art installations, the designer, Cassandre Brillant, uses unconventional materials such as silicone and plaster and dissects the garment through various techniques.

As the youngest of an artist family, Cassandre awakened to the world of creation by observing her father’s sculptures and growing up surrounded by art in her mother’s gallery. Artistic expression played a significant role in shaping her identity. It is through this influence that the designer came to interpret clothing as a textile sculpture that encompasses the body, transforming it into an object of art.

Pre-registration is required.
