The Women’s Empowerment Sessions are back! These free Learn-at-Lunch online workshops dive into the real-world experiences of women in the workplace—exploring career journeys, challenges, and practical strategies for navigating today’s professional landscape. Claim Your Wins: Overcome Imposter Feelings in the Women’s Empowerment Workshop and learn how to recognize your successes and confidently embrace your achievements.

Designed for women from all backgrounds, each session provides a supportive space to reflect, connect, and grow through shared stories, fresh perspectives, and evolving definitions of success. Whether you are starting your career or moving into leadership, this workshop will help you build confidence and claim the value you bring to your work.

Why acknowledging your wins matters

Many women struggle with imposter feelings—downplaying their accomplishments or feeling undeserving of recognition. Left unchecked, these feelings can limit growth, reduce confidence, and increase stress. That’s why this session in the Women’s Empowerment series focuses on helping you recognize and celebrate your achievements. By learning to own your wins, you gain clarity, confidence, and professional momentum.

What you’ll learn in this session

  • Identify and celebrate your professional accomplishments
  • Rewrite the stories of imposter feelings that hold you back
  • Build confidence to claim recognition and opportunities
  • Communicate your successes authentically and effectively
  • Maintain strong professional relationships while asserting your value
