YES Employment + Entrepreneurship (YES) is inviting proposals from qualified Canadian firms and consultants for the modernization, optimization, and adoption of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The project will redesign YES’s CRM data architecture, improve reporting and dashboards, optimize workflows and security roles, and strengthen integration with the YES website, marketing platforms, and other digital systems. Strong emphasis is placed on privacy compliance (Bill 25), data governance, and staff capacity building.
