The Comparative Study of Internal and External Stressors on Official Language Minority Community  (OLMC) Decision-making: A Mapping Exercise of Official Language Minority Community Organizations in  Québec, Ontario, and New Brunswick and the political and economic challenges which destabilize them research goal was to provide insight over how organizations set up their internal governance and management structures, the common risks and stressors facing their organizations, and the best practices they recommended for responding to internal and external issues.

The questions this report seek to answer are what are the major stresses affecting OLMC groups working on economic development, how do they manage these issues, and what can be done to limit these issues from arising in the future.
