More Than a Job Program
Step Up! is more than a job program. It helps young adults build confidence, gain meaningful work experience, and develop practical skills while receiving personalized support along the way.
Through paid training, hands-on work experience, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive peer community, Step Up! helps participants move forward with greater clarity, direction, and confidence.

Who Should Attend?
This session is for young adults aged 18–30 in the Montréal area who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking for experience, direction, and support.
We welcome participants from all backgrounds, including artists and creatives, women, femmes and non-binary individuals, racialized youth, queer youth, and people living with disabilities. Step Up! is built around inclusion, belonging, opportunity, and community.
