Artists
Our expert artist coaches will guide you through tried-and-tested strategic processes, providing support and feedback to help you achieve your own revenue goals with your art.
“What’s great about YES is that the coaches make a real effort to find industry-specific information for you.
My employment coach listened to me and tailored everything to my specific individual career path. Nothing was generic. The level of support was outstanding. Honestly, I was surprised that this level of support exists in Quebec.”

How we operate
Throughout the year, we provide individual career counselling, business coaching, workshops, mentoring, conferences, and networking opportunities. In addition to having a stellar in-house staff, we rely on our network of partners and volunteers from a variety of industries to deliver services, act as mentors, and provide strategic direction.
What you can expect
We take special steps to ensure that our programs are not just one-time services. We make sure to include impactful tools and on-going actions, giving you access to personalized resources. At YES, we know that one size does not fit all. That’s why we take the time to listen to our community, ensuring that we are delivering precisely what is needed and offering the types of career support that are required.
