Neisky Montiel | E-Commerce Entrepreneur & Marketplace Growth Strategist

Neisky Montiel Diaz is an e-commerce entrepreneur, marketplace strategist and digital commerce advisor with close to two decades of e-commerce experience managing and optimizing advertising and marketplace operations through Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, Best Buy, Walmart and more.   

Since 2013, Neisky has owned and operated an e-commerce and digital marketing agency, helping businesses develop their online presence, optimize marketplace performance and grow through digital commerce and advertising. His agency is an Amazon Ads Partner, Google Ads Certified and Shopify Partner, reflecting his ongoing expertise and involvement across leading platforms in the e-commerce and digital advertising ecosystem.  

Throughout his career, Neisky has worked with international brands including JBL, Focusrite, Lolë, Johnson Level, Emerson and others. Neisky has gained experience across consumer electronics, apparel, home improvement and other competitive product categories.  

Neisky also owns and operates e-commerce businesses in both Canada and the United States. This gives him practical experience managing cross-border commerce and selling through multiple digital marketplaces, including Amazon, Best Buy and TikTok Shop.  

He is also the founder of Sensei Photo, a consumer electronics brand focused on computer accessories, audio and video. Through building and operating his own brands, Neisky has gained firsthand experience across the entire e-commerce lifecycle—from identifying market opportunities and sourcing products to product development, content optimization, advertising, customer acquisition, multi-channel sales and international expansion.  

Beyond his commercial work, Neisky is actively involved in entrepreneurship mentorship. He serves as an active business mentor with Futurpreneur, helping aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs develop business strategies, plan for growth and navigate the practical challenges of building a company. He also serves as a mentor with ACP (American Corporate Partners), supporting U.S. veterans and their spouses who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs.
