Meet the Leadership Team

Marina brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector. As Executive Director of YES Employment + Entrepreneurship (legally the Youth Employment Services Foundation), she leads a dedicated team supporting job seekers, entrepreneurs, and artists with the skills, resources, and mentorship to build sustainable careers and businesses in Québec.

Previously, she spent a decade as Executive Director of Chez Doris, transforming a single day shelter into a 24/7 multi-site operation that significantly expanded services for vulnerable and homeless women. Her past roles include President & CEO of the Foundation of Greater Montreal and executive positions in New York City with the national “I Have a Dream Foundation®,” YWCA of the USA, CCS Fundraising, and United Way of New York City. She began her career in Montreal, leading Dans la Rue in support of at-risk youth and Tel-Aide, a 24/7 crisis line.
