Residential Leasing Specialists/Agents

Unity Leases is hiring a full-time residential leasing agent to support the leasing of apartments across Montreal.

Our team works directly with large residential portfolios, new developments, and private landlords to help fill vacancies quickly and efficiently. We handle everything from lead generation and apartment visits to applications and lease coordination.

We’re looking for someone highly motivated who enjoys sales, client interaction, and working in an environment where performance directly impacts earnings. This role is ideal for someone who likes being on the move, speaking with people all day, and working toward measurable results.

You do not need a real estate licence for this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to rental inquiries from prospective tenants
• Organize and perform apartment tours
• Help renters find units that fit their needs and budget
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Assist applicants throughout the approval process
• Coordinate basic verifications and document collection
• Keep communication organized using company systems and tools
• Support leasing activity across multiple buildings and projects
