• Make Korean base sauce and make all kind of different Kimchi;
• Prepare and make ingredients for various Korean side dishes (Banchan);
• Prepare various ingredients and roll for Kimbap (Korean sushi) and Japchae (Korean glass noodle) for the lunch menu;
• Prepare special Korean BBQ sauce and marinate Galbi (Beef Ribs) and pork
• Make Korean spicy cold and hot noodles soup base to make Ramen

Requirements and working conditions

• Secondary - General Course (Diploma)

1. Years of experience related to the job offer: 7 to 11 months of experience
2. Description of qualifications:

• Must have experience in Korean Cuisine. or
• Cookery Certificate or Diploma holder in Korean Cuisine.
