. Answering the Director's calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
. Maintaining the Director's diaries and arranging appointments.
. Arrange the Director's travel schedules and make reservations.
. Typing, preparing, and collating reports.
. Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
. Managing Tourism products and sales databases.
. Liaising with relevant departments and clients.
. Coordinating the promotion and marketing of tourism products.
. Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
. A university degree is required.
. 2 years of experience in a secretary or administrative assistant is required.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
