LinHR is a growing organization with multiple global clients and we look for a Recruiter in Montreal, QC to help us grow together!
The Recruiter is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing requirements. You are in charge of the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by developing and executing recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, administrative duties and recordkeeping. Specifically, recruiters are proactive about business needs, taking business trends into account when seeking out, prescreening, interviewing, and testing applicants to locate qualified employees for job openings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Work from home in Montreal, QC
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

  • ​Identify talent acquisition needs to develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Prepare the job postings, develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, conduct pre-screening interviews, schedule interviews for applicants and referring candidates for additional interviews with clients.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
  • Provide selected candidates with conditional offer of employment
  • Conduct client visits for safety tours and recruitment tours as needed
  • Prepare and compile Administrative documents required before the scheduled orientation, and forward to training.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records.
  • Perform other special projects as assigned.


  • Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience.
  • College diploma in Business Administration. Marketing, accounting or Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Customer focus (may be internal or external): Follow up with customers and candidates to ensure their requests have been addressed 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required
  • Problem-solving: Resolve scheduling conflicts to coordinate meetings 
  • Excellent business writing skills in English and French
  • Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively with different managers, candidate personalities, etc.
  • Excellent in all MS Office (focus on Excel)
  • Outstanding interviewing skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business targets.
