Main duties:
. Evaluating and optimizing Chinese marketing and pricing strategies.
. Analyzing market trends and preparing Chinese marketing forecasts.
. Establish Chinese distribution networks for products and services.
. Increasing brand awareness and market share in the Chinese community.
. Familiar with planning, organizing, and directing on-line or remote sales.
. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public
relations, and production departments.
. Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
. Managing the marketing department's staff.
. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior
management.
. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
. Keeping informed of Chinese marketing strategies and trends.
Employment Requirements:
. A university degree.
. At least 3 years experience as a sales or marketing manager in real estate.
. Familiar with the process of buying and selling real estate in Canada.
. Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English or French.
