Real Estate Company is seeking a professional, organized, and motivated Leasing Agent to oversee and ensure the smooth running of daily activities on several commercial properties. The candidate will perform administrative and organizational duties such as liaising with tenants and suppliers, coordinating meetings; writing summary reports; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; maintaining filing systems and responding to general enquiries.
Your Role:
- Liaise with tenants and suppliers
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer enquiries
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Perform administrative support tasks for the management team
- Assist with collections
Competencies Required :
- Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to carry out tasks from instructions
- Strong computer skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong negotiator
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Post-secondary education in administration may be considered an asset
- Attention to detail and precision are essential
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Real Estate experience and working with contracts are assets
