Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents to join their work-from-home team on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties:
- Inbound and outbound calls to customers that have overdue payments (not collections)
- Assisting customers in both French and English to provide options for payment
- Log all conversations in the internal system and update customer account profiles
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
- Fluent in written and verbal French and English
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient with computer programs
Equipment will be provided, but will need to have own hardwired connection to Internet
Must have open flexibility to work Monday – Sunday for dayshift and afternoon shifts!
