What You’ll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Answer incoming communications from customers about telecommunication products requests
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Ask probing questions to understand and listen for sales cues
- Upselling products and services to existing customer base
What You Bring to the Role
- Ability to read, write, and speak English. In this role you will be interacting with global customers and coworkers whose primary language is English.
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Sales aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Must already reside in one of the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan
