MAIN DUTIES
- Prepare and cook Thai dishes using traditional recipes and techniques
- Ensure food quality and safety, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in planning and developing menus, considering seasonal and local ingredients
- Maintain kitchen supplies and equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to set and achieve sales goals and maintain customer's satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a Thai restaurant or similar environment
- Knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Educational level
- Secondary -General course (Diploma) or
- Vocational school diploma / Certificate
Years of Experience
- Min 7 to 11 months of experience in a similar position
Salary Offered
- According to experience of $20 to $35 per hour
Language
- English or French
