-Strong implementation and follow-up skills.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  1. Manage the chart of accounts, create and delete where needed.
  2. Create and maintain the financial statement programs in order to correct or implement new reporting
  3. Supervise A/P and A/R.
  4. Assist the year end audit file and communicate with the auditors
  5. Maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger and related depreciation accounting
  6. Assist in annual budget preparations
  7. Prepare and audit monthly GST/HST/QST filings
  8. Resolve accounting issues as they come up
  9. Review invoices prior to signing payments
