She helps organizations move beyond performative well-being toward meaningful\, human-centered change. Megan is a qualitative researcher and former National Trainer for Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace. She brings 20 years of experience in workplace health promotion and has trained more than 2\,000 leaders across sectors. Known for her creative\, accessible approach to complex systems change\, Megan blends evidence\, storytelling\, and design thinking to strengthen psychological safety and agency within organizations. \nMegan holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Socio-Behavioural Sciences\, with research focused on mental health and psychological health & safety during COVID-19.
