After graduating with her doctorate from the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology at McGill University\, she continued her academic training with the world-renowned passion expert\, Dr. Robert J. Vallerand\, at UQAM. In 2023\, she founded Melioscope\, an analytics and education company specializing in engagement and well-being in organizations.
